Screen Customisation Manager
The Screen Customisation Manager ensures that employees can view Greentree data in
precisely the manner that they are accustomed to, by the altering appearance and
behavior of each screen's fields and labels.
Approvals & Alerts
Approvals affords a greater level of control over the Greentree system, by providing
an approval process that applies to appropriate users and almost all Greentree records.
Greentree allows for a multi-level approval process, including group approvals as well
as sequenced approvals. Business rules can be created to enforce approval of a Greentree
record, or can be used to create an alert through email, follow-ups etc.

Data Import Manager
Data Import Manager for Greentree automates data file imports from non-integrated systems. The interface manager is an advanced Workflow functionality that allows users to schedule regular imports for both masterfiles and transactions including invoices, orders, receipts and journals as well as a myriad of master record types.

Statements, Balance Sheets etc, directly in Excel, without exporting the data.

This module allows the user to create both Masterfiles and transactions from within Excel.
All database validation rules and user security is respected, giving a totally secure flow
of data from Excel to Greentree. This interface is commonly used to transfer the data from
the legacy system.
